The legendary voices of AC/DC – Dave Evans, MOODY BLUES – Justin Hayward, MIKE OLDFIELD BAND – Maggie Reilly, are coming for the first time to the HERODEION for a unique classical rock night.
As they stated in interviews, they are thrilled to perform at the Herodeion and sing beloved hits that have shaped generations.

• Dave Evans: “In fact, this is my first time in Greece. I’m really excited about it. I’m a fan of history. I’ve visited many historical places around the world. And I always wanted to come to Greece as well. The Acropolis is a very famous monument, and I’m thrilled to be performing there.”
• Justin Hayward: “I’m happy I made music from the heart, not under pressure. It’s part of my life.”
• Justin Hayward: “Since 1964, when I made my first recording, I realized that my life would be a musical journey around the world. I really liked that. I’m very happy to be coming to the Herodeion, especially with this amazing orchestra.”
• Maggie Reilly: “I look forward to experiencing a concert at the Herodeion under the Acropolis. The last time we were in Greece, we were in a van, going from place to place, eating, and then playing live.”

On FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 29, 2023, we will experience the brightest night of September, where the stars of Rock and the moon of classical sound will illuminate the Herodeion stage in a lifetime musical experience for the audience in Athens who will be fortunate to attend the most important artistic event of the summer, CLASSIC ROCK 7.

DAVE EVANS, the first singer and co-founder of the legendary band AC/DC, 50 years since its formation, will perform landmark songs like TNT and Highway to Hell as well as covers from AC/DC’s first tour!!!
JUSTIN HAYWARD, the original unmatched voice of the MOODY BLUES, with unique tracks like Nights in White Satin and Tuesday Afternoon. The unique musical style of the Moody Blues has consistently been on radio stations over the years and continues to light up concert arenas worldwide.
MAGGIE REILLY, the lead voice of the MIKE OLDFIELD band, who performed the famous tracks Moonlight Shadow and France. In addition to her beloved hits with Mike Oldfield, she will also perform the timelessly famous song Everytime We Touch, which launched her career in 1992, as well as other hits of her own.
And the experience is elevated with the powerful symphonic sound of the State Orchestra of Athens under the direction of Nikos Chaliassas and the dynamic electric band featuring:
